Challenge Levels are only available on the Collector's Edition of the game after finishing the Adventure levels. 

Challenge Level 1

1. Cut down trees and build the bridge for 100 wood
2. Cut down trees.
3. Demolish a bank and build a sawmill.
4. Buy 100 wood
5. Build the bridge for 200 wood
6. Pick berries.
7. Repair 2 cabins
8. Add 4 gardens.
9. Buy 250 wood.
10. Demolish bank, build 2 cabins and add gardens.
11. Build the upper bridge and cheer up the leprechaun

Challenge Level 2

The written walkthrough is different from the video

1. Demolish the market.
2. Pick 200 food from berries
3. Pay the glutton 100 food
4. Pay the pirate 200 gold
5. Add garden to cottages.
6. Chop trees for 100 wood
7. Pick berries for 200 food
8. Demolish sawmill
9. Build 4 cabins with gardens

Challenge Level 3

1. Pick up resources
2. Build 2 cottages and add gardens and then upgrade
3. Demolish 2 cottages at bottom
4. Build bank
5. Cheer up leprechaun for 100
6. Demolish cottage
7. Hire a worker
8. Send 2 workers to mine
9. Pay pirate 5000 gold
10. Send 4 workers to mine

Challenge Level 4

1. Pick berries
2. Chop trees (6 of them scattered around)
3. Hire 5 workers to 9 total
4. Repair 2 mines
5. Send 4 workers to mine
6. Demolish 1 chalet and build sawmill
7. Build 1 well
8. Buy wood
9. Repair chalets
10. While repairing the 6th chalet, with 400 wood on hand, demolish the sawmill
11. Build a market and buy 250 food
12. Demolish market
13. Pay pirate 2000 gold
14. Build chalet
15. Build dovecote and buy 2 doves

Challenge Level 5

1. The beehives are not accessible in this level.
2. Chop trees and pick berries
3. Build chalet and add garden
4. Build bridge to bank for 100 wood
5. Demolish 3 cottages
6. Pay pirate at top 200 gold
7. Pick berries
8. Build a cottage and add garden
9. Pay pirate at bottom 500 gold
10. Build a cabin and add garden
11. Build sawmill and buy 100 wood
12. Build market and buy 200 food
13. Build dovecote and buy 2 doves

Challenge Level 6

The locations of treasure chests containing 1 food are fixed.  There are 4 treasures at the far left
The food is in the bottom chest and 2nd from the top chest
To get to the upper chest you need to clear smoke from below

1. Pay lower pirate 600 gold
2. Pay both of the next pirates 300 gold each
3. Pay pirate in between them 150 gold and open chest
4. Pay bottom pirate 100 gold and open chest
5. Back to the first top pirate and pay 600 gold
6. Pay lower pirate (in the top group) 300 gold
7. Pay lower pirate 100 gold

Challenge Level 7

1. Send 6 workers to the mines
2. At 1500 gold, dismiss 2 workers
3. Build a market
4. Buy 250 food
5. Dig up treasure in front of igloo (for wood)
6. Hire 4 workers
7. Send 4 workers to mines
8. Buy 250 food
9. Build 4 gramophones
10. Cheer up leprechaun at top
11. Demolish 4 gramophones
12. Demolish the market
13. At 10,000 gold, dismiss all gold miners
14. Pay pirate 10,000 gold
15. Open chest
16. Build 3 cabins
17. Build dovecote and buy 2 doves
18. Build 4 statues
19. Cheer up leprechaun on the right
20. Open chest for 1,000,000 gold

Challenge Level 8

1. Send 4 workers to the farms
2. Clear road
3. Hire 2 workers
4. Chop the trees on the right; there is treasure in the 2nd grove of trees on the right
5. You can get a worker back there from the start.
6. The first grove blocks the view of the treasure in the 2nd grove so chop this too
7. Build cabins in all lots
8. Dig up treasure
9. Pay pirate 15,000 gold

Challenge Level 9

1. Pick berries and chop trees
2. Hire 2 workers
3. Pay the druid on the upper right.
4. Dig up the treasure.
5. Send 2 workers to the farm and 1 worker to the forestry.
6. Build cottage and add a garden
7. Pay the top druid and dig up the treasure-
8. Build 2 cottages and add gardens.
9. Pay the druid in the upper left and dig up treasure on the side
10. Keep other druids' spells running.
11. Build a cottage and add garden.
12. Pay the druid in the lower middle and dig up the treasure.
13. Pay the druid in the lower right.
14. Build a dovecote and buy 2 doves.
15. You do not need to keep the last 2 druids' spells going
16. Pay the druid in the lower left.
17. Cheer up the leprechaun.
18. Build a cottage and add garden.

Challenge Level 10

1. Demolish 2 fountains
2. Upgrade 3 cabins
3. Add gardens to 2 cabins
4. Hire to 7 workers.
5. Pay pirate 2000 gold.
6. Send 4 workers to the forestries.
7. Demolish the cabin without upgrades.
8. Build the market.
9. Build the bridge for 300 wood
10. Dismiss 2 workers from a forestry.
11. Send 4 workers to the gold mines.
12. Buy food
13. Chop trees
14. Add garden to 3rd cabin
15. When you have 500 wood, dismiss workers from the forestry.
16. Build 2 fountains.
17. Feed the glutton 700 food
